A fire in an Ohio mobile home community on Thanksgiving morning left five people dead.

One of the mobile homes was completely engulfed in flames, and its roof had collapsed.

Once the fire was contained, the bodies of five people were found inside the home — including two children, Ohio Department of Commerce spokesperson Brandon Klein toldNBC News.

The victims’ identities and cause of death are not yet available.

One of the volunteer firefighters who responded to the blaze — Chief Dale Sinclair of the Richland Area Volunteer Fire Department — said of the tragedy: “Any kind of fatality, it’s hard. When there’s five and there’s children involved, it adds to it.”

Per CBS, some of the firefighters who responded to the fire knew the people who lived in the homes, Sinclair said.

A debrief had been planned to provide “mental health help” to those who knew the victims.
