A lot goes into aKardashian-Jenner Christmas— including a jaw-dropping decoration budget. From towering trees to life-size glass polar bears, the famous family goes all out to make their yuletide glam, with help from pros like Four Seasons artistic directorJeff Leatham. But which member is shelling out the most to deck their halls?

Ashley Greer, a florist and owner of the D.C.-basedAtelier Ashley Flowers, who worked on theObamaWhite House Christmas trees, helped PEOPLE add up the cost of all the KarJenners' decor and rank their holiday swag from (relatively) low-key to completely extravagant.

In 2016, she put up a faux-snow-flocked tree inher bright pink living room. Greer put the price of a realistic-looking, 12-foot tree like this one at about $1,400.“If you have shopped for lights recently, you might have realized they are actually pretty expensive,” she noted. “It looks like she used around 800 lights and only 36 balls.” Factoring in labor — “It would have taken one person about two hours from start to finish” —Kendall’s overall cost would be about $2,000.

It’s decorated in what she estimated to be “300 designer baubles that range in price from $5 to $45-plus,” totaling about $7,500, plus the cost of the approximately 1,200 lights used.Real trees are cheaper than faux, and one this size, she said, would be about $485, including a stand and delivery.

“What sets this tree apart are the two very fun life-size reindeer!” said Greer. “You can find very similar ones atChristmas Night Inc.for about $950 a piece.”
