Billie Lourd Reveals Her Son's Hilarious Response to Seeing Her Photos from the 2024 Oscars Red Carpet

Billie Lourd’sson had some thoughts about her Oscars look.

On Monday, the actress, 31, posted a few photos onInstagramfrom her night out at Vanity Fair’s Oscars Afterparty.

Lourd shared one close-up photo, posing with her arms outstretched in a black off-the-shoulder dress. She also included a few pictures from the red carpet, where she posed with husband Austen Rydell.

“✨🤷🏻‍♀️✨“I don’t like those” - my son when I showed him these pics,” the actress hilariously captioned her post.

Lourd shares son Kingston, 3, and daughter Jackson Joanne, 15 months, with husband Rydell.

Last spring, the star commented on showing her kidsher late mother Carrie Fisher’s body of workas she honored her mother at Fisher’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony. “I can’t wait to bring my kids here when they’re old enough to understand how cool it is,” she shared.

The previous winter, Lourd opened up about her difficulty inbalancing her grief for her mom and the joy of being a mom herself.

“Giving birth to my daughter and watching my son meet her have been two of the most magical moments I have ever experienced. But with the magic of life tends to come the reality of grief,” she continued. “My mom is not here to meet either of them and isn’t here to experience any of the magic.”
