Donna Kelce Weighs in on Son Travis Kelce’s New Hairstyle: 'It's Just Different' (Exclusive)

Donna Kelceis lettingTravis Kelcedo his thing when it comes to his hair.

At the official start of the fall 2024 NFL season in September, the tight end, 35, made waves with his look, which had gone from hissignature buzz cutto a shaggy crew cut with super faded sides.

He even shaved off his scruffy beard in favor of a clean-shaven face and a statement handlebar mustache.

“I like it. He’s always had very, very, very short hair. It’s just different, that’s all,” Donna, 72, told PEOPLE atGlamour’s Women of the Year Awards in N.Y.C. on Oct. 8.

“It was fun to see all the people,” she said. “We got to take in a comedian afterwards. It was really a blast. We had a fun weekend, everybody was all in one place."

Donna was named one ofGlamour’s honorees alongside Beyoncé, Selena Gomez and Billie Eilish’s moms, Tina Knowles, Mandy Teefey and Maggie Baird respectively.

In conversation with the magazine, she opened up about her experience with motherhood, calling it the “hardest thing” she’s ever done in her life.

“It’s so much easier to just go to work, but raising children, when they’re totally dependent on you and you’re trying to do the best you can with the limited resources that you have, it’s the most daunting task I’ve ever had to do,” she said.
