Drew Barrymore’s Fall Boots Have the Best Traits of Both Taylor Swift’s Tall Pairs and Popular Ugg Slippers

Tall boots are actually one style norm thatTaylor Swift,Jennifer Garner,Selena Gomez, and more stars tend to wear each fall and winter, and so aresuede styles like Uggs. But a pair that’s both tallandsuede is a lot less common.

Boots that cover more than just the ankles and feet are noticeably warmer than styles that stop, well, there. Meanwhile,suede and soft-looking fabrics have been making headwaysince before the season even began with pants, slip-on shoes, and bags.

These Dream Pairs boots are lined with faux fur, the heel is relatively flat for less foot pain, and the boot shaft “doesn’t slouch down,”according to one customer. They also have something special that’s hidden to outsiders: pockets. “[You] easily can slip an ID, credit card, and a few bucks in your boot pocket without worrying about having to dig for it,” the shopper added. Barrymore’s heels looked a little uncomfortable, but good news: A smarter (and likely way less painful) option exists.Kate Hudsonwore a pair of wedge boots last January, and while still lifted, they looked much more supportive.

This pair has a 1.5-inch heel, so they’re not super sky-high, and the color and texture are a good match. There’s also a full-length zipper that runs from the top to the bottom of the boot to make getting into them a better experience.
