Dua Lipadanced the night away at the2024 Grammy Awards!

The"Houdini"singer, 28, electrified the stage on Sunday as she debuted her new single “Training Season” during an electric opening medley.

It was a big night for Lipa with nominations in the song of the year and best song written for visual media categories for the track"Dance the Night"from theBarbiesoundtrack.

Earlier in the night, theBarbiesoundtrack was awarded best compilation soundtrack for visual media and Billie Eilish took home best song written for visual media for her track on it.

After being announcedas one of the night’s many performersin mid-January, she shared behind-the-scenes photos of her preparation onInstagram, writing, “Grammy rehearsals and other fun thingsssss.”

Apart from having her latest single, “Training Season,“dropping on Feb. 15, Lipa has been busy working on her new album, which she confirmed toT Magazinewill come out sometime in 2024.

“I think it’s just something I’ve always wanted— to be in control of my own music, and I think all young artists should really understand the business behind music, especially in the beginning,” she said while appearing on theAudacy Check Inpodcast.

“I think it’s incredibly important, and so to be able to have all the rights back to my music feels really good,” she added. “You know, it’s my life’s work, so it’s cool to be the person who says what happens with it.”
