Dunkin’ Drops New Winter Menu — Including the Return of the Pink Velvet Macchiato

Dunkin’snewest menu items will leave you tickled pink.

After nearly four years since its viral debut, the pink velvet macchiato is making a return on Dec. 27. Plus the coffee chain is pairing the fan-favorite drink with a matching frosty red velvet specialty donut and more menu items just in time for the new year.

The colorful coffee, which was first introduced in January 2020 and hasn’t been back on the menu since, has flavors of red velvet cake and cream cheese frosting, per a statement from the company. The seasonal sip will be available hot or iced through the end of February.

Fans can pair it with a frosty red velvet specialty donut. The new treat tops a red velvet cake donut with vanilla icing and cream cheese sprinkles.

If savory food is more of your thing then you will be happy to hear about the returning pancake wake-up wrap. The bacon or sausage, egg and cheese wrap comes in a pancake with a side of maple syrup.

In the spirit of the giving season, the coffee chain is handing outfree donuts on Wednesdays, through Dec. 31.Dunkin’reward members can score the weekly freebie with the purchase of any drink, which makes for the perfect opportunity to try the new and returning items.

Dunkin’ isn’t the only coffee company with something new to sip on.

Starbucks added a new holiday drinkto the seasonal lineup: the merry mint white mocha. Available in the Starbucks app, it features espresso along with white chocolate sauce and milk. For the full festive flair, it’s finished with peppermint chocolate cream cold foam and sprinkled with chocolate curls. The new iced drink is running for a limited time.
