The ingredients are there, alright. Each of the women seem to get vulnerable as they immerse themselves in the vibrant Vietnamese culture, using the vacation as an opportunity to rejuvenate themselves, heal from heartache, strengthen friendships and reevaluate their priorities back home.
“I flew across the world to escape all of what my heart is going through,” says Marcelle, whofinalized her divorce from ex Michael Sterlingin August 2023 (she’s mom to three kids:Marley Rae, 9, Michael Jr., 5, and Maverick, 4— the later two who she shared with Sterling and the first from her former partner, ex,Kevin McCall). “I was not prepared.”
“I am going through a spiritual awakening,” Nivea adds, as footage plays of her nearly collapsing in front of a giant gold statue. “That was a beautiful and humbling moment for me.”
