They did!On Thursday night, Jan. 4,theGolden Bachelor’s Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist said “I do"in a live ABC television special.Speaking to PEOPLEbefore their big day,Nistcalled the wedding a “family event,” giving credit to the couple’s daughters (she has one, he has two) for all the work they put into the planning.“I envision it as such a fun, warm, wonderful day, a day filled with joy and laughter and positive energy and everyone being happy to be there,” said Nist, 70.
