Marvel Studios is finally unveiling its cast for the newFantastic Fourmovie.

The announcement followed months ofreportsthatThe Last of Usstar Pascal, 48, was in talks to star in the film as Reed Richards, a.k.a. Mister Fantastic, the leader of the superhero group.

Additionally,John Krasinski portrayed a parallel universe version of Reed RichardsinDoctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madnessin 2022.

Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige toldEntertainment Weeklylast year, “Fantastic Four is the foundation for everything that came after in the comics. There’s certainly been versions of it [on screen], but never inhabiting the storytelling of the MCU. And that’s something that is really exciting for us.”

TheFantastic Fourisin theaters July 25, 2025. The MCU’s next big screen adventure,Deadpool & Wolverine, is in theaters July 26.
