A woman was captured on a surveillance video doing yoga before allegedly robbing a bakery in Australia.
In a video shared on theirFacebookandInstagrampages, Phillippa’s Bakery in Richmond, Australia, revealed that a “flexible burglar” did some exercise before allegedly breaking into their shop.
Played alongside theMission Impossibletheme song, the lady fell to the ground before stretching out her legs and doing a hip bridge.
PEOPLE has contacted Phillippa’s Bakery bakery for comment.

“We were quite surprised when we saw the security footage from a recent break in at our Bakery HQ. Seems like yoga is a must before breaking in 😵,” the bakery wrote in their caption. “A few things were stolen, including some croissants which were clearly too tempting for this flexible burglar 🥐😆.”
According toNBC News Los Angeles,the robbery took place at the bakery’s headquarters on March 3.

Phillippa’s Bakery reportedly told the outlet that the lady stole hot cross buns, croissants, as well as an iPad and shoes.
The outlet also reports that the 44-year-old burglar was arrested and received charges of theft and burglary.
PEOPLE has contacted Richmond Police for comment.
“Is this about working off the calories of the croissants before they steal them?,” one person wrote on Instagram. Another added, “I wondered if they purposely positioned themselves in front of the security camera knowing they’d be filmed, dressed in black for the extra drama. Equally hilarious and shocking.”
