From Alec Baldwin to Matt Lauer and Luann de Lesseps: All the Stars at Don Lemon's N.Y.C. Wedding

It’s official:Don LemonandTim Malonetied the knot in a star-studded wedding in New York City on April 6.

If the ceremony’s glamorous guest list is any indication, the couple’s guest book is sure to include plenty of famous signatures. Notable attendees includedAlec and Hilaria Baldwin,Real Housewives of New York City’sLuann de Lessepsand legendary music producerClive Davis.

Also in attendance were entertainment industry powerhouses includingSex and the CityandEmily in Pariscreator Darren Star,Modern Family’sSteve Levitan andThe View’sJoy BeharandSunny Hostin.

Lemon’s former CNN colleagues, including Dana Bash, Erin Burnett and Kate Bolduan, were also present for the nuptials.

United States Ambassador to the United Nations Linda Thomas-Greenfield married the grooms in a ceremony that included a unity candle lighting with the grooms’ mothers, readings and speeches from Malone’s nieces and sisters and an Irish blessing in honor of Malone’s family’s heritage.

After the ceremony, the couple and their guests made their way to the Polo Bar for some dancing, dinner and dessert.

However, one thing that was notably absent from the heavily-attended wedding? Cake!

Instead, the couple said they opted for the Polo Bar’s exceptional array of desserts and a condensed version of the Ralph Lauren restaurant’s traditional menu.

In lieu of presents, the couple asked guests to donate to the South Hampton Animal Shelter — fitting for the parents of three dogs: Barkley, Boomer and Gus (all of whom attended the wedding).

“We’re like, ‘We have everything.’ We don’t want people buying stuff,” Lemon tells PEOPLE.

The dogs also participated in the ceremony, though the pair made sure to keep them outside the church and the Polo Bar.

“We’re afraid they’re like, gonna pee on the pew or something,” Lemon jokes.“Oh, or in the Polo Bar. Like, Ralph’s not gonna like that,” Malone, 39, adds.

Next up, the couple will travel to the southern coast of Italy in June for a trip that they say they’ll count as their honeymoon.
