Guy Fieri's Son Hunter Is Engaged to Tara Bernstein: 'Welcome to the Family'

Guy Fieri’s family Thanksgiving was extra-special this year!

During the Fieris' holiday gathering, the Food Network star’s eldest son,Hunter Fieri, proposed to his girlfriend, pickleball proTara Bernstein— and she said, “yes.”

“Coming soon…Mr. & Mrs.Fieri ♥️ #blessed,” Hunter, 27, announced on Instagram alongsidephotosof the romantic pondside proposal.

He also shared a sweet snapshot with Bernstein — and her new ring — as well as several family photos from the Thanksgiving celebration, which included Guy, his wife, Lori, and his youngest son,Ryder, 17.

Guy congratulated the couple with apostof his own. “Congrats to @hunterfieri and @taralynn.nyc,” he captioned a picture of the pair. “You two are made for each other. Welcome to the family, Tara.”

On Thursday morning, Bernstein documented her first Fieri family Thanksgiving with a photo of her and Hunter holding hands on a family hike.

“Morning hikes with the fam before thanksgiving,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. “Looking forward to both our families being together.”

Hunter and Bernstein started dating in February — and the Fieri family welcomed her with open arms. In June, Guyrevealed that he is a big fan of his son’s fiancée.

“[She has] good values and is just a really great person so I couldn’t be happier for Hunter,” he told PEOPLE. “This is a big deal. To see him this happy and also to see him have a partner that is as driven as he is, it’s perfect.”

TheDiners, Drive-Ins and Divesstar also shared that Bernstein, who he dubbed a “pickleball machine,” fits in well with his tight-knit family, and they enjoy some friendly competition. “She plays one-against-two, and beats everybody,” he said.

Also in June, Bernstein shared a sweetvideohighlighting some of the couple’s special moments.

“To my partner, my better half, I’m so blessed to have someone as amazing and loving as you in my life,” she captioned the video. “Your energy, drive and positive light is contagious - you light up my world. I love you ❤️.”

Family is everything to the Fieris, who helped raise Guy’s nephewJules, 22, after Guy’s sister Morgan died in 2011 from melanoma.
