Jenn Tran Says She's 'Really Proud' of Herself After Music Mishap onDancing with the Stars(Exclusive)

While speaking with PEOPLE following week two ofDancing with the Stars, Tran, who is partnered with proSasha Farber, opened up about how their working relationship got them through an unexpected challenge.

Speaking to PEOPLE after the show,The Bachelorettestar called the experience “nerve-racking.”

“I truly got very scared, and then there was no music, and I don’t know, like muscle memory just powered over, and I just kept going, and I just did what I had to do. I’m honestly really proud of myself too because I do think something like that could really mess with someone’s head,” she reflected, noting that she’s “so happy” to have a partner she can “rely on.”

Farber adds that Tran is “a true professional,” taking the dance with “a lot of steps” on since she’s never had experience.

The dance earned a 19/30and received compliments from judgeBruno Tonioli, who likened her performance to a “sassy, glossy, mischievous little kitten!”

“I do think like we have such a special bond and such a special relationship,” she added.

“You love me?” pro dancer jokingly asked.

“I love you,” Tran replied.

Jenn joined theseason 33 cast ofDancing with the Starsjust hours after revealing onThe Bachelorettefinalethat her ex-fiancéDevin Straderhad broken things off with her.

She shared with PEOPLE earlier this month that she was “excited” to jump into the new reality show but is"still very much going through a healing process."
