Jeremy Renner Shares Moving Message to ‘Anyone Who Is Struggling with Failures’ in Life: ‘We Can Move Mountains’

Early Thursday morning, Renner, 53, posted a selfie to hisInstagramaccount showing himself wearing glasses in the back seat of a car. The actor shared an uplifting message with his followers, days after hemade a surprise appearanceat the 2024People’s Choice Awardson Sunday.

“Checking in with this thought. All of the obstacles, the problems, and failures are my allies of whom pour the foundation where my successes are built,” Renner wrote in a caption to his post.“To anyone who is struggling with failures or overwhelming obstacles, I wish and will upon you a powerful belief that you are not alone … and collectively we can move MOUNTAINS !!!”

“Gotta say, it feels good to be back,” he told the audience after walking out to thunderous applause. “This year’s been a heck of a journey and I’m happy to be here with you, the fans. You guys are the best."

TheAvengersstar’s appearance also included a reunion with his super-powered costarTom Hiddleston. Renner shared a video of the pair as theyappeared to catch up during a commercial breakat the awards ceremony to his Instagram Story; during the show’s broadcast itself, he could be seenstepping awayto hugHiddleston, 43, after he presented Eilish with her award.

Renner is next expected to appear in the upcoming third season ofMayor of Kingstown.It is unclear when he may return to acting for the big screen following his 2023 snowplow accident, including whether or when he may play his Marvel Cinematic Universe superhero character Hawkeye again in any futureAvengersproject.

“I’m always game,” Renner recently toldEntertainment Tonight, when asked if he will return to playing Hawkeye moving forward. “I’m gonna be strong enough, that’s for sure. I’ll be ready.”
