Rowlinghas challenged Scottish police to arrest her following a set of social media posts in which she describes transgender women as men.On Monday, the controversial ScottishHarry Potterauthor, 58, posted to X, formerly known as Twitter, in response to theHate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Act, which went into effect on April 1, 2024.
