Justin Bieber's Dad Jeremy Shares a Cute Reaction to Singer Welcoming His First Baby with Wife Hailey

On Saturday, Aug 24, the singer’s dad Jeremy, 49, shared what appeared to be his reaction to Justin and his wifeHailey Baldwin Bieberwelcoming their son Jack and announcing his arrival the day before.

In a briefposton X (formerly Twitter), Jeremy simply wrote, “Papa," — seemingly a cute nod at his son’s new role.

The day before, Justin, 30, confirmed the news of his son Jack’s arrival in an Instagram post. He also shared thefamily tradition of naming his sonwith the same initials ‘JB' as himself, his father and some of his siblings,

Justin’s half-sister Jazmyn Bieber, 16, alsoposted her reactionto becoming an aunt for the first time on Aug. 24. She reshared the singer’s initial post announcing Jack’s birth on her Instagram Stories, adding a teary-eyed face and white heart emoji.

The day before, Justin’s mom mother and authorPattie Mallettehad shared her excited reaction, too, calling the newborn’s arrival a “miracle” on her Instagram Stories.

“THANK THE LORD[,] WHAT A MIRACLE! 🎉💃🙌 ,” she added.

Justin is Malette’s only son and Jack’s birth marks the first time both herself and Jeremy have become grandparents. The former couple split when before Justin was born in 1994.

Malette added, inanother excited poston X about the birth of Jack, “😭😭😭😭😭😭 🥹🥹🥹🫠🫠🫠 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 CONGRATULATIONS @justinbieber & Hailey,” tagging her daughter-in-law. “I LOVE YOU FOREVER BABY JACK!!”

Hailey’s dad,Stephen Baldwin,reshared Mallette’s tweet, adding, “Amen, Congratulations to you and may God continue to bless our family.”

Justin and Hailey first announced they wereexpecting a child togetherback in May. At the time, a rep for Hailley confirmed to PEOPLE that the model was just over six months pregnant.

The couple have been married for almost six years now, having first tied the knotin a New York City courthousein September 2018. They later celebrated with alarger ceremonywith family and friends, in Bluffton, South Carolina in 2019.
