Darius Jacksonhas filed a request for a domestic violence restraining order againstKeke Palmer, seeking his own protection from the actress.
He is requesting Palmer not to contact him and to stay 100 yards away from him, his home and his vehicle. Jackson also requested the hearing be set for Jan. 9, to be handled “concurrently” with the hearing for Palmer’s “existing” domestic violence restraining order request.
In early November, Palmer wasgranted a temporary restraining orderagainst Jackson and temporary sole custody of their son,9-month-old Leodis “Leo” Andrellton.
She alleged that Jackson “trespassed into my home” on Nov. 5, and “threatened me, then physically attacked me — lunging for my neck, striking me, throwing me over the couch, and stealing my phone when I told him I was going to call the police.” Palmer claimed the abuse occurred over a two-year period, and that her mother and sister witnessed it.

Jackson listed several alleged instances dating back to August 2021, and he claimed that the actress “engaged in abusive conduct during the two-and-a-half-year relationship,” subjecting him to both “physical and verbal abuse.”
He claims there are several instances of Palmer punching him, choking him and hitting him, as well as one day where she allegedly “called him over 200 times and sent him over 50 emails,” per the legal docs.
Jackson also claimed in March 2022 he changed his phone number “to avoid further harassment and threats” from Palmer, who he said “frequently became agitated and aggressive after consuming alcohol” in the filing.

Jackson, who first started dating the actress in 2021, also requested “joint legal and physical custody” of their child. He claimed in the filing that Palmer has “unilaterally eliminated any and all access” to Leo.
Jackson’s request for a concurrent hearing on Jan. 9, comes after the former couplepostponed their original set court date, Dec. 5, to “allow the parties time to attend mediation."
Since then, both agreed Palmer’s temporary restraining order would “remain in full force and effect” until the rescheduled hearing, extending Palmer’s sole custody.
A source close to the actress previously told PEOPLE she “agreed to mediation because the case has gotten so much speculation and media attention, and she is concerned about her privacy, Leo’s privacy, and the privacy of her family.”
