Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann Slash Price of Atlanta Mansion by Another $1 Million Amid Messy Divorce

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have significantly reduced the asking price of their Atlanta home for the second time after it has failed to sell since October.

TheReal Housewives of Atlantaalum and her retired NFL player husband firstlisted the property in October for $6 million. According to Zillow, they reduced it to $5.5 million in mid-December, and have now given the price an even bigger chop. On Thursday, records show they lowered it to $4.5 million, 75 percent of what they originally wanted three months ago.

There’s also a six-car garage;billiard and arcade rooms; a gym with a private massage room; a 500-bottle, climate-controlled walk-in wine cellar; a heated pool and a home theater.

Zolciak and Biermann purchased the home in 2012, a year after they got married. They lived there withtheir children:Kroy “KJ” Jagger Jr., 12,Kash, 11, and twinsKaia Rose and Kane Ren, 9. Kim also has two older daughters from a previous relationship,Brielle, 26, andAriana, 21, whom Kroy legally adopted.

The pair filed tolegally dissolve their 12-year unionin May of 2023, then decidednot to splitin July in an attempt toreconcile. Biermann laterfiled for divorcefrom Zolciak in August.

A source told PEOPLE at the time that Zolciak was “telling everyone this is a misunderstandingand is being sorted out.” Although theissue was later resolved, an insider shared with PEOPLE that financial woes had played an issue in their relationship.

In October, a source confirmed to PEOPLE that thepair are “still under the same roof.”

The Bravo star, who left theRHOAin 2012, previously denied reports that the property was in foreclosure during a separate incident in November 2022.

Shortly after the couple bought the home in 2012, Zolciak gave fans a tour of the property on her showDon’t Be Tardy. “I absolutely love our new home,” she raved before showing off their lavish dining room and adding: “Kroy and I are the king and queen of this f—ing house, so this is perfect for us.”
