And then I had postpartum depression and I completely lost my mojo,” Rinna recalled of the time.The mom of two sharesAmelia Gray, 22, andDelilah Belle, 25, with husbandHarry Hamlin.“I didn’t know I had it for the first 15 months of Delilah’s life, and then once we figured it out, I was treated for it, and I was ready for it when I had Amelia,” she shared. “I went on an antidepressant, which helped tremendously. Without that, I don’t know how long it would’ve taken.“Rinna admitted it was “pretty scary” to find herself in the depths of postpartum. “I’m very positive and a very happy person, and I felt completely hopeless. She had done this movie about strippers, and she was a fellow actor I knew—her husband was onThe West Wingand Harry knew him. This article made me think, ‘Wow, that’s scary, and that would be really interesting to do, and maybe I should do it. I think I should do it.'“The decision led her to attend the classes, which “changed everything, because it felt safe.““It changed my whole perception and fear about sexuality and expressing yourself. I did it for a good two years, and I don’t think I ever looked back. Then I was just able to really be open, really share it,” she said, adding, “Harry was thrilled, obviously.
