Madonnais spending some quality time in Italy with her loved ones for a weekend full of celebrations.

On Monday, Aug. 19, the Queen of Pop, 66, shared a variety of photos to herInstagramfrom her sonRocco’s 24th birthday celebration in Italy. The mother-son duo can be seen posing together in matching floral ‘fits with a giant birthday cake next to them reading “Happy Birthday Rocco.”

The whole family joined in on the celebration. In one photo, the mom of six squeezes her 11-year-old twin daughtersStella and Esteretight with her arms around them.

The celebrations didn’t stop there. Madonna turned 66 on Aug. 16, marking the milestone with even more Italy-based gatherings.

The singer arrived in Pompeii late Friday evening with a group of about 30 people — including her kids andher rumored boyfriend, soccer player Akeem Morris — to a crowd of adoring fans,sources tell PEOPLE.

Madonna also marked her66th birthday on Instagram, where she posted glamorous photos of herself, her twins and a shirtless Morris, captioning the post: “Back in Italy…🇮🇹 Happy Birthday to ME 🦁✨🎂🥂🇮🇹♥️.”
