Michelle Troconis, who is accused of helping her late boyfriend cover up the murder of his wife,Jennifer Farber Dulos, in 2019, allegedly said she wanted to kill the mother of five after she vanished, a former employee of the boyfriend’s testified this week.
Troconis has pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit murder, tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution.

Gumienny testified that when Fotis’ dog was dying, Troconis allegedly got upset because Jennifer wouldn’t let her children visit the dog, Gumienny testified.
He testified that he heard Troconis say to Fotis, “That b—- should be buried right next to this dog,” theStamford Advocatereports.
On Monday, prosecutors told the jury that Troconis’ DNA was likely found on one of the garbage bags that Fotis was seen on video tossing in trash bins in Hartford.
Troconis’ attorney Jon Schoenhorn told reporters outside that just because her DNA was allegedly found on the bags doesn’t mean she touched it.

“Michelle was in a truck, with her boyfriend,” he said,News 12 Connecticutreports. “The fact that three or even 10 cells could have gotten on him when he got out and threw away those bags does not even suggest she ever touched one of those bags,” said Schoenhorn.
Surveillance video shows Troconis sitting in the passenger seat of Fotis’ black pickup truck as he pulled over on a busy street to dump the bags.
DNA consistent with Fotis’s and Jennifer’s DNA were found on the evidence inside the bags, the expert testified,NBC Connecticutreports.
