Princess Sofiaof Sweden is getting good use out of her go-to tiara.
Princess Sofia received the tiara as a wedding present from her in-laws,King Carl XVI GustafandQueen Silvia, when she marriedPrince Carl Philipin 2015 and wore it with emeralds on her wedding day.
According toThe Court Jeweller, Queen Silvia had the tiara made from a necklace she received from a Thai prince. The accessory was discreetly designed to be versatile, as different stones can be swapped at the top of the diamond palmettes. Through the years, Sofia has sported pearls, turquoise and light blue gems on the Palmette Tiara — though she also has access to the royal vault and has also worn other tiaras since her royal wedding day.
