Prosecutors are alleging thatSean “Diddy” Combs, who is asking to be released on $50 million bail, has “physically abused his personal staff.”
Combs appeared in court for a bail hearing in Manhattan federal court on Friday, Nov. 22. His attorneys have proposed strict release conditions if granted bail, including 24/7 surveillance.
Prosecutors have sought to prevent his release, telling the judge that the mogul has allegedly broken federal prison rules while incarcerated and that he has sought tointimidate potential witnesses.
The letter also makes allegations that Combs abused his staff.
Combs has been incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, following his September indictment on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
