Samuel L. Jacksonis looking back on one of the biggest movies in his career.

The actor, 75, tweeted photoson Xfrom the making and promotion ofPulp Fictionin celebration of the film’s 30th anniversary.

“PULP FICTION is 30! This movie launched like a rocket out of Cannes and changed my life,” the actor, who played Jules Winnfield in the film, began.

“It debuted in theaters on this day in 1994 and I’ll always remember the audience reaction. I knew this film was something special after that…AND 30 YEARS LATER, IT STILL IS.”

In April, Jackson reunited with castmatesJohn Travolta,Uma ThurmanandHarvey KeitelatTCL Chinese Theatrefor a screening of the 1994 movie at the 15th annualTCM Classic Film Festival.

The group gathered together on the red carpet as they posed for a series of photos celebrating theQuentin Tarantinofilm.

Othercast members at the eventincludedRosanna Arquette, Phil LaMarr,Julia Sweeney, Frank Whaley andEric Stoltz.

The gathering also featured love for another one of the film’s stars,Bruce Willis, who played Butch Coolidge in the hit film.

Bruce’s wifeEmma Heming Willisand his daughterTallulah Belle Williswere both in attendance at the eventto support the star, who retired from acting followinghis diagnosis with frontotemporal dementia.

Jackson, a longtime friend of Bruce, recalled his experiences working on the film and Bruce’s candid take on his career going forward during a conversation withVarietyon the red carpet.

“Bruce and I were sitting there watching the film and the audience was loving the movie,” he remembered. “And Bruce said, ‘Yeah, this movie is going to make you popular, butDie Hardis going to make you a star.’ ”
