TheOnly Murders in the Buildingcast is having a blast together once again!Selena Gomez,Martin Short,Steve MartinandMeryl Streepreunited at theAFI Awards Luncheonat the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills on Friday to celebrate their hit series alongside other shows and movies receiving buzz this awards season.
Gomez, 31, shined on the red carpet in ablack pinstriped suit and Versace belt. After the event, she shared just how much it means to her to work with actors who have earned icon status in Hollywood.

“This woman has not only been my idol but such a wonderful person to me,” Gomez captioned a picture of herself posing with Streep, 74, on the red carpet.
“I feel so blessed to know you, Meryl,” Gomez’s post continued, addressingTheDevil Wears Pradastar directly. “Thank you for always making me feel seen and heard.”

Gomez also shared a snapshot of the veteran actress — who wore her version of a power suit in a lilac shade to the event — looking up at the younger actress with a smile. She captioned the photo with a happy tears emoji and a purple heart.
The “Single Soon” singeralso posted a photoof herself standing between Short, 73, and Martin, 78. “My guys,” she wrote in a sweet tribute to her onscreen partners in crime solving.

Gomez also shared a photo of herself posing withOppenheimerstarEmily Blunt. “We shall not speak lol,” she wrote alongside the image, which featured both women with their hands over their mouths.
