Sophie Turner's 2 Kids to Spend the Holidays with Her in England amid Her Divorce from Joe Jonas

Sophie TurnerandJoe Jonas' two daughters will celebrateChristmasand theNew Yearholiday in the U.K. with their mom.

Per the legal papers, Jonas, 34, brought the children overseas to Turner, 27, earlier this month on Dec. 17. They will remain with theGame of Thronesalum through Jan. 7, when they will then have to return to New York City, the court documents state.

Representatives for both Turner and Jonas did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Afterfour years of marriage, Jonasfiled for divorcefrom Turner in September 2023. The filing claimed that “the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken.“The musician and the actress — who have a prenup in place, per their filing —tied the knotin 2019 after nearly three years of dating.

Also in September,Turner sued Jonas and requested her children be returned to England. In the lawsuit, she called for “the immediate return of children wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained.”

A month later, Jonas and Turner determined atemporary custody agreement, which will allow their daughters to split equal time between England and the United States.

The parents have never shared photos of their daughters on social media, and they are careful to keep their girls out of the public eye altogether.

Earlier this year, when theJonas Brotherswere honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Jonas gave his daughters a shout-out during his acceptance speech, despite Willa and Delphine not being present.

“To my little ones at home,Daddy loves you to the moon and back,” he said in January.
