On Thursday, theFlipping El Moussasstars shared photos from their first Thanksgiving as a family of five, celebrating with Taylor, 13, Brayden, 8, and Tristan, 9 months. The couple welcomed Tristan, their first child together, in January, while Tarek shares son Brayden and daughter Taylor with his ex-wife and formerFlip or Flopco-star Christina Hall.

“We have so much to be thankful for this year but above everything, we’re thankful for the health & happiness of our family and friends,” Tarek, 42, and Heather, 36, wrote in ajoint Instagram post. “Today is special because not only do we get to be around family but we get the chance to take a moment and reflect on the beautiful life we’ve created.”

In aprofessional family portrait, Heather held onto Taylor’s arm as she carried Tristan, while Tarek placed his arm around Brayden. The family wore matching black outfits in front of a brown backdrop.

“Grateful is an understatement,” he added in the caption. “We hope you’re all having a safe and Happy Thanksgiving! 🤍 Love The El Moussas.”

“We are so excited for all his “firsts” & there’s so much to be thankful for this year,” Tarek and Heather wrote, adding that their son had “brought a lightness to all of our lives🤍 Sweetest soul & sweetest laugh 🥹.”

Heather also revealed a busy Thanksgiving video on her Instagram story, as many loved ones were filmed spending time together in the kitchen and living room.

Meanwhile, Tarek revealed the Thanksgiving table spread in the “El Moussa” residence as he gushed, “Thanksgiving’s about to get started.”

Earlier this month, Tarek posed for new photos with his three kids. In the caption, heopened up about what his kids have meant to himalong his journey as he announced his book,Flip Your Life.

“My entire world right here in one photo❤️. I never thought in a million years that I would become a father again, let alone find the love of my life. But…the universe has a funny way of working out,” he started the caption.

“Tay and Bray gave me the strength I needed to get me out of the darkest place in my entire life and@theheatherraeelmoussataught me to love myself and others again when I thought I wasn’t worthy of being loved.”

“As most of you might know, I’ve been writing a book,FLIP YOUR LIFE, for the past 7 years and it will finally be available on February 6th, 2024! This is an autobiography about everything I’ve been through in life, and no, I don’t hold back on the juicy details 😆,” he joked, adding, “I can’t wait to share my journey with you and hopefully inspire some of you!!”

In July, Heather celebrated their blended family in an Instagram photo from time on vacation together.

“Our family of 5 ❤️ Perfectly imperfect, crazy, loud, filled with so much love and laughter, lots of smiles, never dull…Love them so much and can’t imagine our life without them,” they began their caption.

“This trip was amazing but getting a photo of all of us was the cherry on top 🥰❤️,” they concluded.
