Taylor SwifttookFlorence Welchto Florida to perform “Florida!!!”
On Friday, Oct. 18, the 34-year-old pop superstar brought out her friend and collaborator for her first of three Miami shows at Hard Rock Stadium this weekend. And, fittingly, the duo performed their collaboration “Florida!!!” from Swift’s 2024 album,The Tortured Poets Department.
The pair’s performance comes two months after they performed the songlive for the first time during Swift’s Aug. 20 showin London.
Swift and Welch, 38, also shared a sweet onstage moment at the end of their Friday performance when Welch held her Swift’s head before embracing her with a hug, perfan-recorded footage.
“FLORIDA!!! Thank you so much for having me @TaylorSwift,”Welch wrote on a videoposted on her Instagram Stories on Oct. 19.

And while Welch joined Swift onstage, she wasn’t the only famous face in attendance on Friday night.Tom Brady,Serena Williamsand more also attended as spectators, whileHoda Kotb,Jenna Bush HagerandSavannah Guthriehad a colleagues-night-out with their families. “SWIFTIES!!!,” the three women captioned a group shot from the concert.

In April, Welch celebrated the release of Swift’sTortured Poets Department, writing on Instagram that she was “honoured to be in this department” and had a “hell of a time” working on it.
Speaking withBritish Vogueshortly after the release, Welch described how working on the song made her forget about Swift’s superstar stature.
“I almost didn’t think of the scale of it,” she said. “There’s the sort of bigness of [Taylor Swift the phenomenon], and then there’s the Taylor I spend time with in the studio, who is just the sweetest and most down to earth.”
Describing how the song came to be, Welch told the outlet that Swift came to her with “a concept and a story” for the track, something she described as her “favorite way to start” songwriting. “We had such a fun time,” she said, before mentioning the fan-fare of the moment. “And then when it came out I was like, ‘Oh, s—!'”
Swift has been no stranger to bringing out surprise guests throughout the Eras Tour. Swift has graced the stage withMarcus Mumford,Ice Spice,Maren Morris,Ed Sheeran,Hayley Williams,Gracie Abramsand even boyfriendTravis Kelce, among others.
