He’s got mom’s stamp of approval —Tish Cyrussays she’s a big fan of her daughterMileydating Liily drummerMaxx Morando, whom the “Wrecking Ball” singer has been linked to since December 2021.

She continues with a laugh, “Miley is just so fulfilled in her life, and that everything’s working out perfectly. That’s all I’ll say about Maxx!”

Tish, 56, and her eldest childBrandi Cyrus, 36, recently launched season 4of their podcastSorry We’re Stoned,where they talk about everything from the family dynamic to Tish smoking weed, and, yes, Miley, who just won her first two Grammys:best pop vocal performanceandrecord of the yearfor her hit “Flowers.”

“Just honestly, again, I think it’s so much about how she feel on the inside,” Tish says, noting that Miley no longerdrinks alcohol or smokes marijuana.

“I really don’t know that I’ve ever seen her happier. So I think that’s really just coming from within, and also has to do with growing up. She’s 31, so she’s just stepped into who she really truly is, and it is just working.”

“She is very happy with him,” the insider said, adding, “Miley has changed a lot in the past couple of years. She seems more calm and harmonious. Everyone loves Maxx. He’s a great guy. She is very happy with him. He’s private and doesn’t like being in the press. It’s been good for her.”
