Usher Strips Down to His Underwear in SKIMS' New Mens Campaign and All We Can Say Is 'OMG'

Usheris known for his one-of-a-kind style, but for his latest partnership withSKIMS, the hitmaker is stripping down to his underwear.

With the count down to six days until the eight-time Grammy Award-winning artist headlines theSuper Bowl LVIII Halftime Showat the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Usher is already having the best week ever, as it’s been revealed he’s fronting the latest mens campaign forKim Kardashian’s loungewear, shapewear and underwear brand.

The imagery, which was revealed today, shows the entertainment icon, 45, modeling pieces from two of the existing and often sold out menswear collections, including the SKIMS Stretch 5” Boxer in Midnight the and SKIMS Cotton. 5” Boxer in Military. (He’s also decked out in various pieces of jewelry fromJacquie Aiche.)

To celebrate the both SKIMS and Usher’s forthcoming drops, the artist and Kardashian have partnered on averyspecial project set for Feb. 9 at midnight ET.

At that time, an exclusive, digital download version of his new albumComing Home, featuring an alternative cover and a bonus track aptly called “Naked,” will be available on Skims.com only for one week only.

In a release, Usher called the experience “humbling” and a “full-circle moment.”

“Kim’s been a longtime friend of mine who’s always been so supportive of my work, so the opportunity to collaborate together on a campaign that supports both of our highly anticipated launches made total sense,” he said.

Of being a SKIMS fanatic, he added, “With the way that I move, being this comfortable in what you wear is essential. SKIMS is about embracing who you are, inside and out, and feeling empowered to express yourself authentically.”

Meanwhile, the SKIMS Mens restock will be available to purchase exclusively on SKIMS.com beginning February 12 — just hours after Usher’s performance during which he will no doubt we wearing pieces — with four new colourways (Stone, Midnight Blue, Military, and Oxblood) and in sizes XS-5X with prices ranging from $16-$44 for single pieces and $42-$98 for packs.

Last week, Usher released hiscollab-filled tracklist for the album, which features guest appearances from Burna Boy, H.E.R., Latto and Jungkook, among other stars.

He alsorevealed his own Super Bowl merch collab with the NFL, which will be available Feb. 7.

The singer hasremained mostly tight-lipped on his performance itself, choosing not to disclose songs or guests as of yet. However, Usher has shared that the performance will be a celebration of R&B music and Black artists of the past.

“So, everybody that has been a part of it, I’m carrying them with me. All of my fans, my loved ones — the people who may have felt like they have been forgotten, they haven’t. I’m carrying you right with me when I walk on that stage that night.”
