Wiz Khalifa Indicted on Drug Charges in Romania Months After Smoking Onstage During Music Festival

A rep for Khalifa did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

The “Black and Yellow” rapper, whowelcomed daughter Kaydencein July with girlfriend Aimee Aguilar, talks frequently about smoking in his song lyrics. Earlier this year, he even joked that he’d been high at a recent parent-teacher conference at his son’s school, tellingCall Her Daddypodcast host Alex Cooper that teachers “expect it” from him.

“Hell yeah. I’m pulling up stoned. They expect it,” he said. “They know what’s up. It’s not like back in the day [where] you’re considered a bad parent if you smoke weed. I’m pretty sure my son smells like weed. I don’t know because I can’t smell it but I’m pretty sure he smells like pot.”
