A woman in Florida has been charged with second-degree murder after her roommate was last seen on Christmas Day two years ago.
“A search warrant was executed at their residence, where significant evidence was recovered, indicating a violent incident had occurred,” the police statement continued.

Multiple local, state and federal law enforcement agencies were able to find Victoria-Gonzalez living in Hartford, Connecticut, and after conducting an additional interview with her, police were able to arrest and charge Victoria-Gonzalez.
According to police, the body of Medina-Pacheco has not been located.

Per local media outletNBC Connecticut, authorities said Medina-Pacheco had traveled from her home in the Dominican Republic to Orlando for an extended vacation in October 2022 and was living with an acquaintance she knew from home.
