LaToya Foreveris thriving as a mom of four.

Son Yari Barlow was born on Tuesday, Jan. 9, in Atlanta, Georgia, weighing 6 lbs., 10 oz. and measuring 20 inches.

“What a perfect start to my New Year!" LaToya, 36, tells PEOPLE. “My heart is absolutely full of love as we welcome our newest little blessing. Our family is finally complete.”

In addition to Yari,The Real Housewives of Atlantapersonality is also mom to daughters Ayah, 4, and Samia, 9, and son Zayn, 7. She shares her three older kids with ex-husband Adam Ali.

She also reflected on the special moment in aYouTube videorecapping the event.

“I’m still so shocked. I don’t know how to get back in my groove,” she said at the time. “I haven’t been surprised ever. In my life, I haven’t been surprised. Nobody has ever surprised me on such a level. That was a different level.”

Joking about his suspicious behavior that day, she laughed, “He was so — I wanted to strangle him the entire day.”
