Zendaya’s video comes shortly after she — along with co-stars includingTimothée ChalametandAustin Butler— attended the Sunday red carpet premiere for the film in New York City. She hit the carpet in yetanother avant-gardeoutfit for the press tour, wearing a white floor-length, long-sleeved dress with a cut-out in the front.
The actress, who will also be keeping busy this year as aco-chairfor the 2024 Met Gala, will reprise her role as Chani in the upcoming film, which hits theaters Friday.
During the taping, Zendaya described how she helped Chalamet, 28, set up his first apartment in New York City years back. “Well, the vibe was very teenage boy,” Zendaya joked. “And we just needed a few necessities — you know, cups and plates, knives and forks, things to clean. We needed some structure.”
The pair, who took a trip to Bed Bath & Beyond for furniture, were on the lookout for more than just decor, as Chalamet shared that he had “no bed frame” before his pal stepped in. “We got everything he needed — all the big boy stuff,” Zendaya said.
