Expelled Rep.George Santosseemingly sat for an interview with satirical talk show hostZiweon Monday.
The comedian — known for her confrontational, no-holds-barred interviews with “iconic guests” — posted apparent photo evidence of their sit-down on her social media accounts after the two publicly flirted with the idea earlier this month.
In Ziwe’s first photo, Santos is pictured wearing a blue blazer and carrying what appears to be an Hermès Birkin bag with stacks of cash hanging out of it.
TheZiwehost then sharedan additional photoof her and Santos, writing, “he stole the birkin right out of my hands…”
Santos and Ziwe first raised speculation about a forthcoming interview last week, when Ziwe wrote on X, “.@MrSantosNY would you be interested in a pay-per-view interview? you’d be an iconic guest.”
Santos — who has spent a large chunk of time since his ousterfilming selfie videos on Cameo— responded, “Let’s do it@ziwe” with a winking emoji.

Santos was expelled from the U.S. House of Representativesin an exceedingly rare move reserved for serious misconduct earlier this month, becomingonly the sixth of more than 11,000 U.S. representativesin history to be ousted from Congress' lower chamber.
The New York Republican — who wasmired in controversyeven before his January swearing-in — entered the national spotlight on a rocky note, as story after story cropped up about himlying about his past, allegations ofrunning fraudulent schemesaccumulated, and a prospective staffer accused him ofmaking unwanted sexual advances.
Santos was hit with a23-count federal indictmentearlier this year thattells a similar narrative, featuring a variety of theft and fraud charges involving his congressional campaign. (Hepleaded not guiltyto each of the criminal charges and has not yet gone to trial.)

Since leaving office, Santos has made light of the allegations, including on Ziwe’s set, with the Hermès bag (it’s unclear if the bag is real or faux).
On his now-popularCameo page, he describes himself as a “Former congressional ‘Icon’! 💅🏼” and “The Expelled member of Congress from New York City.” There, for a hefty price, users can order a custom video in which Santos offers a birthday or holiday greeting, with other options for him to spread gossip or roast the beneficiary.
